At Red Women Foundation, we envision a world where every woman is free from discrimination, violence, and inequality. We strive for a society where women can access equal opportunities, pursue their dreams, and lead with confidence, knowledge, and compassion. Education plays a crucial role in our vision, as it serves as a powerful tool to unlock doors to new possibilities and drive social transformation.

The exchange of experiences that was created inspired me to establish the Red Women Foundation and to support women around the world through new initiatives and projects.’

Keep a Child in School 📖
Under the Red Education initiative, during April and May of 2024, over 100 children will visit 6 significant universities in Bucharest, where welcoming programs will be organised for them. These initiatives aim to familiarise them with the university environment, helping to shape their vision and future.
Keep a Woman in Sport 🏅
The Red Women Foundation proudly supports the Romanian national women's boxing team, amazing strong women who will compete at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Their mission is our mission too! Their strength is our strength too!
Our Mission
The mission of Red Women Foundation is two-fold. Firstly, we endeavor to promote and safeguard women's rights, ensuring that women are treated with respect and dignity in every sphere of life.
We work tirelessly to challenge social norms and cultural practices that hinder women's progress, seeking to create an environment where gender equality is not just a distant dream but a living reality.
Secondly, we are committed to advancing quality education for women and girls. We believe that education is the cornerstone of progress and development, and it is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and discrimination. Through strategic partnerships and innovative programs, we strive to improve access to education, enhance the quality of learning, and encourage women to pursue diverse fields, including science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
